Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in growing and broadening the support base for our SIPP proposition within the UK financial adviser market.
What You Will Do
Identify, prioritise and pursue new adviser relationships, manage and deepen relationships with existing key introducers, and build strong working relationships with advisers, paraplanners, research teams and support staff.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the SIPP and adviser market
- An established network of financial adviser contacts
- Strong commercial judgement
- Clear understanding of regulatory requirements and boundaries
- Exposure to DFMs, national advice firms, banks and large adviser groups
- Experience handling nonadvised pension enquiries
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. financial planning or pensions-related)
