Role Overview
The role involves leading reporting, analytics, data enablement, and analytical data architecture capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership, stakeholder partnership, and collaboration skills to effectively align teams and support business priorities.
What You Will Do
The candidate will lead a team of BI analysts and developers, partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and translate business needs into scalable models, reporting, analytics, and data science solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data science, computer science, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data management roles
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Working with enterprise source systems, data warehouses, semantic models, or governed reporting environments
- Leading dashboard development, KPI reporting, business analysis, and analytics delivery
- Eliciting business requirements and translating to practical data and reporting solutions
- Proven understanding of data governance and data quality practices
- Python experience
- Knowledge of DAX
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
- Software: experience with BI, analytics, and data platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, and OneLake
