Revenue Operations Lead

Basis is building its revenue operations function from the ground up, and we’re seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to partner with the Founding RevOps and Head of GTM to drive strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience with a foundation in investment banking or top-tier consulting, plus meaningful time inside a startup
• Strong Excel and proficient SQL skills
• First-principles thinker with high autonomy and low ego
• Clear written communicator
