As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll support customers through their project journey by scheduling appointments, communicating during installations, and resolving issues proactively. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a true passion for delivering a world-class customer experience in a project-management type of role.
Requirements
- Schedule installation appointments while prioritizing customer needs to deliver on Bath & Cabinet Experts’ promise
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or text
- Accurately log customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Provide clear and simple answers to customer questions and service requests
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
- Proactively resolve issues or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
- Participate in trainings, team meetings, and contribute to continuous team development
