Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Advanced Surgery FP&A team, you will support financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision support for the business. You will partner with regional, local, and corporate finance teams to consolidate financial outlooks, identify performance drivers and risks, and translate complex financial information into clear insights for senior leadership.

What You Will Do

Consolidate financial and business insights, prepare high-quality materials for monthly business reviews, forecasts, and the annual operating plan, enabling effective discussions and decisions by the leadership team.

Partner closely with in-country business partners and finance teams to review projections, budgets, and historical results, challenge key assumptions, and improve the quality of financial outlooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience with financial planning and reporting
• Expert in technical and financial knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, and Cognos preferred
• Self-starter with excellent analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Expert in PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally
• Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English required
