The Sales Account Manager role is to manage and grow relationships with real estate agency clients by maximizing the value they receive from advertising solutions on Bayut and dubizzle.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients
- Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising products
- Analyze listing and lead performance and provide data-driven recommendations
- Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of available advertising solutions
- Provide clients with insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
- Develop account growth strategies tailored to each agency’s inventory, target market, and business goals
- Work closely with clients to improve listing quality, content, and inventory strategy
- Address client concerns, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate with internal teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
