Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager role is to manage and grow relationships with real estate agency clients by maximizing the value they receive from advertising solutions on Bayut and dubizzle.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients
  • Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising products
  • Analyze listing and lead performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of available advertising solutions
  • Provide clients with insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
  • Develop account growth strategies tailored to each agency’s inventory, target market, and business goals
  • Work closely with clients to improve listing quality, content, and inventory strategy
  • Address client concerns, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
