Role Overview
The role involves creating and analyzing retail product tracking of the Commercial Network, ensuring the quality of the information and continuous improvement of processes. The team is multidisciplinary, with diverse profiles such as financial, legal, data scientists, developers, engineers, or designers. The company operates in more than 25 countries, serving over 80 million customers.
What You Will Do
Build reports for the follow-up of commercial management of Cards in the Commercial Network, analyze results, and generate early warnings for the business regarding the performance of Cards. Attend and resolve incidents and requirements coordinating with Controllers, Staff of the Network, Product, and Finance teams.

Requirements
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience in commercial planning roles, preferably in the banking sector.
- Solid analytical skills and experience in database management.
- Having a continuous improvement mindset, robotization of processes, and use of AI.
- Experience in the management or analysis of retail financial products.
