BCM One is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their Ecommerce team in Makati. The role involves prospecting and lead generation, lead qualification, relationship building, and account management support. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, and will be required to work a night shift (9pm to 6am local).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in an outbound sales, business development, or lead generation role
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach; fluent professional English is required
  • Proficiency in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of prospecting techniques and lead qualification frameworks is preferred
  • A relentless hunter mindset with a passion for creating new business opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on quality customer service
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively
