Role Overview
The Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst supports U.S. Sales Operations by helping coordinate proactive new hire readiness, on/offboarding effectiveness, vendor credentialing activities, integration/divestiture support, and process optimizations.
What You Will Do
The role contributes to new hire and transfer readiness by identifying potential gaps, following up on open items, escalating barriers as appropriate, and helping improve the associate and manager experience.

Requirements
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of corporate program administration, operations support, or related experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume onboarding, vendor credentialing, field operations, or other operational support functions in a large corporate environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities, while maintaining timely follow-through, accuracy, and quality.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to track readiness items, detect gaps or discrepancies quickly, and support timely resolution.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when managing high-volume transactional work, with awareness of how errors or delays may affect onboarding readiness, field access, customer access, or stakeholder experience.
- Comfortable learning and using technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, share updates, explain processes, follow up on open items, and support timely resolution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet tools, and proprietary systems used to support tracking, communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support team coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service delivery.
- Willingness to support additional projects, responsibilities, and occasional overtime as business needs require.
- Ability to handle confidential materials and information ethically, professionally, and with appropriate discretion.
