Senior Sales Manager, Clinical Microbiology

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Sales Manager to lead the ADx Korea Clinical Microbiology hospital sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales execution, developing growth strategies by account and segment, improving funnel visibility, strengthening SFDC adoption, ensuring accurate monthly forecasting, and helping stabilize the sales organization during the transition to Waters.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute account- and segment-level growth strategies to achieve To-Market Sales (TMS) and In-Market Sales (IMS) targets. Own monthly forecast accuracy by establishing a disciplined review process that connects funnel health, account-level opportunities, distributor inventory, and expected sales conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical device or diagnostic solutions industry
• Proven track record in sales execution, growth strategy development, funnel management, forecast discipline, and team leadership
• Deep understanding of the Korean healthcare system and medical device regulatory environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Korean
