Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Manager, Digital Marketing to lead the execution, optimisation and performance of our national digital marketing channels in a 12 month maximum term contract. This is a hands-on, player–coach role responsible for driving engagement, lead generation and campaign conversion outcomes across social, website, paid and email channels.
What You Will Do
You will own paid digital strategy and investment decisions, oversee a small team of specialists, and embed a more data-driven, performance-led approach to digital marketing across the firm.

Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or professional services
- Strong hands-on capability across social, website, email and paid digital
- Demonstrated ownership of paid media strategy, budget and performance outcomes
- Experience delivering lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Act-On, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into action
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
