Role Overview
The FP&A Business Line Leader oversees financial analysis and planning activities for a specific business line, collaborating with leaders to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
What You Will Do
Leverages technology to research and analyze financial information, monitors financial performance, and provides supplemental financial processes/systems training to end users.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of finance experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and superior analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of finance experience
- Prior experience working within a professional services firm
- Prior managerial experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Prior experience using financial systems such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion or OneStream
