Assistant Store Sales Manager – High-Energy Sales

Role Overview

We are hiring Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Associate Store Managers! As a Beaches Manager, you’ll lead from the front, drive sales and store performance, build strong guest relationships, coach and develop your team, celebrate wins, and create an energetic environment where both your team and guests love to be.

What You Will Do

Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team, drive memberships, commission sales, upgrades, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail
• Love working with people and building relationships
• Have strong communication and leadership skills
• Thrive in a commission-driven, goal-focused environment
• Enjoy sales and helping guests find the right products and services
• Are confident, dependable, positive, and self-motivated
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Have open availability 7 days a week and can work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing
