As Director of People, you’ll be the architect and champion of our people strategy, building the infrastructure, policies, and culture that enable our team to thrive as we scale.

Requirements

  • Developing and executing Beam’s holistic people strategy, aligned with company goals, values, and growth stage
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, talent planning, and change management
  • Owning employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every team member feels connected, valued, and supported
  • Designing and running performance management, feedback, and career development systems that help individuals grow and the organization scale effectively
  • Coaching managers to become great leaders, and support learning & development initiatives across all levels
  • Overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR compliance; partner with Finance on headcount planning and budgeting
  • Selecting and managing people systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, performance tools) to support efficiency and scalability
