Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Lead the planning and execution of all promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives. Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned and executed on time.

What You Will Do

Create campaign messaging, write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for email campaigns, SMS marketing, website content, landing pages, product launches, and other customer-facing communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of brand voice.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Experience writing high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working with creative teams and providing feedback on design and marketing assets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
