Manage the Belkin brand presence across the website and eCommerce Marketplaces, localising, optimising, and distributing content to generate traffic, drive conversion, and increase sales revenue. Collaborate with various functions and disciplines to deliver content on time for new product launches and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Project manage the localisation and implementation of content on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
- Collaborate with Localisation, Design and Digital Merchandising teams
- Work with eCommerce Manager and Marketing teams
- Perform keyword and competitor research using digital marketing tools
- Critically evaluate the shopping and UX on Belkin.com to improve customer experience
- Project manage the creation, optimisation and implementation of product detail page content
- Run content A/B tests
- Manage content databases
- Report on weekly and monthly KPIs
