The role involves managing the renewal lifecycle for ~85 accounts, negotiating contracts, and identifying expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales, renewals, or high-volume account management.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, renewals, or high-volume account management
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of tasks without letting details slip through the cracks
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing, CPI increases, and multi-year commitments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
