Join the BenQ Team! We are hiring a Key Partner Manager to lead corporate business development through expanding existing partnerships and cultivating new ones. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships, execute impactful regional engagement initiatives, and build a strong opportunity pipeline—driving BenQ America’s mission to enhance brand value and foster long-term growth in the display industry.

What You Will Do

Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key regional channel partners and resellers to drive loyalty, trust, and sustain growth. Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to expand business within national and regional channel accounts.

5+ years of experience in account management, channel development, or business development within the display, AV, education, or technology industry. Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, channel development, or business development within the display, AV, education, or technology industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners
  • Experience representing a brand at regional events and trade shows, with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems for pipeline and relationship management
  • Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills; adaptable, solutions-oriented, and capable of aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives
