Head of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

Role Overview

Lead the transformation of the existing S&OP function, shape its future operating model, and develop the S&OP team. The role combines strategic design with hands-on implementation.

What You Will Do

Strengthen demand planning fundamentals, drive adoption across country organizations, and build cross-functional planning and decision-making capabilities. Establish robust demand planning processes, drive a fact-based consensus demand plan, and work with country organizations to implement common standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Operations or Supply Chain, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning, including proven leadership responsibility
• Proven track record of designing and implementing planning processes and operating models in complex, international organizations
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a solid understanding of forecasting, planning KPIs, and supporting systems and tools
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and resilient personality with strong communication skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel regularly
