Role Overview
Berry Street is building on the convergence of AI, GLP-1s, and the consumerization of healthcare. The company connects patients with clinicians and AI tools to treat various chronic and acute conditions. The Senior Data Scientist, Growth will own how Berry Street measures growth and decides where to invest in it.
What You Will Do
The role involves owning growth measurement, deciding where to invest, making fast decisions trustworthy, building things that last, and looking beyond the lane to find growth levers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of experience in data science or marketing science, a strong foundation in statistics, and fluency in SQL and Python. They should also have the ability to sell a decision and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in data science or marketing science at a company with meaningful paid acquisition
- a strong foundation in statistics: experimental design, causal inference, and predictive modeling
- fluency in SQL and Python
- comfort building your own datasets from messy ad platform, product, and warehouse data
