Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager will drive the analytical core, build net-new systems, and make Revenue Operations more leveraged with AI. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical horsepower with a systems mindset and genuine comfort with ambiguity.
What You Will Do
The role involves building and continuously improving the reporting engine, owning QBR processes, contributing to revenue planning, quota and target setting, and investigating complex business questions with no established playbook.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics, or Business Operations, and will be able to investigate open-ended business questions, determine the right data and methodology, and design scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics, or Business Operations
- SQL fluency and comfort handling large, intricate datasets
- A systems mindset: anticipating edge cases, understanding downstream impacts, and designing scalable solutions
- Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, problem-solving, and development
- Strong analytical instincts and business judgment
- Executive-ready communication skills
- Experience supporting forecasting, revenue planning, quota planning, executive reporting, or other core Revenue Operations planning processes
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce data
- Experience building reporting and dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau
