Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales, Mexico to lead and accelerate our growth in one of our most exciting international markets. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role, responsible for building our presence in Mexico, unlocking new routes to market and creating the foundations for long-term, profitable growth.

Requirements
- Sales and commercial experience, specially in sales management and business development
- Proven track record of opening new markets, winning new business and scaling distribution within Mexico
- Strong understanding of the Mexico retail and/or beauty, personal care, consumer goods or adjacent landscape, with an established network of customer and/or distributor relationships
- Demonstrated success leading commercial negotiations and building strategic customer partnerships
- Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient, with the ability to operate independently, move with urgency and build structure in a developing market
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on executional excellence
- Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations, Marketing and Product/Innovation teams
- Comfortable working across international teams and time zones, particularly with stakeholders based in the US and UK
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data and market insight into action
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Able to lead through influence in a standalone role, building trust, alignment and momentum across internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Advanced usage level of the Microsoft, especially Excel and PowerPoint
