We’re looking for an HR Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of a best-in-class reward analytics capability, transforming fragmented reporting into clear, insight-driven outputs that support senior decision-making. The role sits at the intersection of HR, Reward, and Finance, with high visibility and impact.
Requirements
- Experience in HR MI, reporting, or people analytics, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
- Proven track record of building dashboards within HCM systems and ensuring high standards of data quality and governance
- Experience working in large or complex organisations, with knowledge of reward programmes (pay, bonus, equity)
- Ideally, experience with Dayforce, Power BI, or SSAS, alongside exposure to HCM implementations
