Role Overview
This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, anticipating client needs, solving problems effectively, and maintaining accurate records.
What You Will Do
Daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will need to exhibit the interpersonal skills necessary to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, coworkers and management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Account Manager will provide technical support to Producer, complete and submit applications to eligible and appropriate carriers, and process renewals according to agency procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty as a Customer Service Representative or Account Manager
- Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Agent License
- Proficient with Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient with Partner Platform Software preferred
