BigPanda is seeking a Finance & GTM Systems Administrator to join their team. This hybrid systems role supports both Finance and Sales/Revenue, responsible for managing and evolving core enterprise systems to meet BigPanda’s fast-changing needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, finance systems, or RevOps roles.
- 3+ years of NetSuite experience (solution architect or developer experience strongly preferred).
- Salesforce administration experience, including workflow automation, process design, and system optimization.
- Experience managing and optimizing integrations (e.g., Celigo or similar iPaaS tools).
- Strong Business Analyst mindset—ability to partner closely with stakeholders across BigPanda, deeply understanding business needs, and translating them into scalable, well-architected system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making rather than simply executing requests.
- Adaptable, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
