Requirements
- Talent Acquisition: Leading Recruitment Efforts, Managing job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Onboarding & Employee Integration: Ensuring new hires are onboarded effectively, Conducting orientation programs.
- HR Operations: Administering payroll and benefits, Maintaining and managing accurate HR records.
- Employees Relations: Providing first-line support to employees, Acting as a point of contact for employee grievances.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring the branch is in full compliance with local labor laws, Preparing and submitting regular reports.
