Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for enabling execution of global marketing priorities by managing operational processes and providing project management and operational support for marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage execution of marketing projects, campaign deliverables, congress materials, asset deployment, and operational support activities. Coordinate agency and vendor activities, support promotional review readiness, and track project status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, marketing operations, commercial operations, or project coordination roles preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience across multiple workstreams
  • Experience coordinating agency relationships and vendor activities preferred
  • Exposure to promotional review processes and compliance-driven environments preferred
