As the Manager of SEO & Web Growth at Bitpanda, you will rebuild our organic search and web capabilities into a highly accountable customer acquisition and conversion powerhouse.

• Proven track record of owning organic search and web growth for a large, complex, or multilingual consumer business
• Deep technical fluency in crawl, indexation, site architecture, and performance issues
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear, actionable engineering priorities
• Experience in building and scaling a disciplined experimentation framework across high-intent user journeys and landing pages
