We are seeking an Associate – DataOps to own advanced operational support and stability for enterprise data platforms, acting as the primary L2/L3 interface for ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration, observability, and Snowflake workloads. The role bridges execution and engineering, with accountability for incident resolution, platform reliability, and operational improvement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, streaming, and Snowflake
- Handson experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
- Practical experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, with exposure to cloud-native data services
- Experience supporting production systems with defined SLAs and incident management processes
