People Operations Partner/HR Generalist

BlackSky is seeking a People Operations Partner to support the broader People Operations team. The role will assist with onboarding and offboarding, act as the first point-of-contact for general inquiries, and support payroll and document audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of related HR experience
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and payroll software
