Blend360 is seeking a hands-on Lead Data Scientist to support a leading telecommunications organization through a six-month consulting engagement with potential conversion to a full-time role. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who thrives with minimal oversight, is genuinely fascinated by data, and enjoys getting into the details of analytical problems.

What You Will Do

As a Lead Data Scientist, you’ll work in a client data sandbox to investigate patterns, identify signals, and help determine what the business should be measuring to better understand customer outcomes and the impact of AI initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that connect data science, customer analytics, and AI-driven business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience working as a hands-on data scientist, with a strong interest in exploring data and uncovering insights.

• Experience identifying or developing KPIs, success metrics, or other approaches for measuring business performance.
• Ability to translate data-driven findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine curiosity about how data can inform business decisions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take ownership of analytical projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional judgment and interpersonal awareness, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and communicate effectively in different situations.
