Technical Project Manager, MarTech

Role Overview

Blend is a premier AI services provider seeking a MarTech Project Manager to support its Marketing Data Platform organization. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise project management experience with an understanding of marketing technology, cloud-based data platforms, and customer data within a complex, regulated environment.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing technology, customer data, and platform modernization initiatives. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to facilitate alignment and keep project deliverables moving forward.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, marketing technology, data platform initiatives, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within large enterprise organizations
• Experience coordinating business and technology stakeholders, vendors, and multiple delivery workstreams
• Experience supporting data platform modernization, migration, customer data, or marketing technology initiatives
• Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated environment is strongly preferred
• Practical knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Familiarity with first-, second-, and third-party datasets and their use within customer data or marketing environments
• Experience applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, as well as Waterfall or stage-gate delivery approaches
• Ability to manage hybrid project environments involving iterative development, fixed deadlines, multiple approvals, and cross-functional dependencies
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar knowledge management and documentation tools
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue escalation, and delivery tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical topics in business-friendly language
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining project momentum
