Fast-growing enterprise software startup seeking its first People Operations hire to support growth trajectory, shaping culture and employee experience. Opportunity to work directly with leadership to develop onboarding/offboarding processes, compensation and benefits strategy, and hiring process strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of People Operations or Operations Generalist experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or fast-paced company
- Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to move extremely fast and keep up with a quick pace while remaining responsive
- Self-starter who operates independently and is extremely self-resourceful
- Exceptional operational execution and ability to juggle many concurrent workstreams without dropping balls, staying hyper-organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to different approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
- Comfortable managing People programs across various countries
