Role Overview
BloombergNEF is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Beijing-based commercial team. The team is responsible for originating new client relationships, while renewing and growing existing clients, and driving partnership discussions.
What You Will Do
Manage, renew and up-sell a book of clients by aligning BNEF services with their strategic goals, source new business opportunities, build strong relationships across stakeholders, and connect client needs with relevant BNEF research, tools, and analysis.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ in sales or account management, preferably in the research or professional services space directly relevant to energy transition
- Business proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong interest in energy transition, knowledge on clean energy technologies, power/utilities and other player types in the energy transition ecosystem
- Experience in providing business development support, or experience running marketing/events with a goal of getting new business leads
- The ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple parallel tasks
