Program Manager (Sales Operations & Technology)

The Program Manager (Sales Operations & Technology) is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of business and technology initiatives across Product, Data & Systems, Engineering, QA, and Analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with Leadership, Sales Operations, Data & Systems, Analytics, and key stakeholders to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives without introducing unnecessary process overhead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-8+ years in delivery, program management, or operations roles
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps environments
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
