Role Overview

As a Terminal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and defending revenue across our terminal, enterprise product, and enterprise data businesses. You will build strong senior relationships with clients and provide compelling solutions to their needs.

You will build valuable relationships with clients, utilize your product knowledge and technical skills to grow our client base, and collaborate with internal teams to implement value-added solutions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of client-facing experience in Financial Services or Financial Markets Technology, with a strong understanding of the Singapore financial markets landscape and experience selling financial technology solutions to major financial institutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in Financial Services or Financial Markets Technology
  • Experience selling or supporting financial technology solutions to major financial institutions within APAC
  • Experience with front-office financial markets technology products in Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Futures, and other Derivatives
  • Working knowledge of the Singapore financial markets landscape, the major industry institutions, and market trends
  • Consultative skills built in sales, project management, or advocacy roles
  • Ability to identify opportunities to grow existing business relationships
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders both externally and internally
  • Excellent approach to customer service
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
  • Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
