Requirements
- Strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset
- Successful sales management experience, particularly in sales to new customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Eagerness to learn and grow through feedback, self-reflection, and exploration
- 4+ years of software sales experience
