Product & Business Operations Lead

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead to own the financial and analytical work behind some of Blossom’s most important business decisions. You’ll spend a significant amount of your time digging into the economics of the business: understanding our revenue structure, building financial models, evaluating new opportunities, and turning complex financial and operational data into decisions.

What You Will Do

Own financial analysis and modeling across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives. Develop a deep understanding of Blossom’s revenue structure and identify opportunities to improve the economics of the business.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You have 2–6 years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in finance and financial analysis. You’re exceptionally strong in financial modeling and comfortable getting deep into revenue structures, unit economics, and business performance.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional experience
