Role Overview
Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking a curious, commercially minded analytics leader to join the U.S. Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will turn our cafe, digital, and product data into the tools and insights our teams use to run and grow the business.
What You Will Do
Set the data and analytics roadmap, drive the organization’s AI reporting and analytics agenda, lead guest analytics, build dashboards and tools, partner with Digital & Product, analyze menu mix, pricing, and launch performance, and support planning, forecasting, and business cases.

Requirements
- 6+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Expert SQL and experience with modern data and BI tools and ERP/Planning systems
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude
- Experience with POS, loyalty, or digital ordering data, and with experiment design
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of P&L drivers
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions and levels
