The Technical Architect – ServiceNow Architect will partner with business, IT operations, and engineering groups to deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, requiring hands-on development and architectural leadership to ensure scalable and future-ready implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 9-11 years of IT experience, with hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM.
- Deep proficiency in Glide scripting, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end integrations.
