Director, FP&A (Commercial Finance)

We are seeking a Director, FP&A to scale the FP&A function and serve as a strategic partner in driving the company’s growth and performance. The individual will lead performance analysis and reporting, provide actionable insights to improve results, and act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance and leadership experience within B2B technology/software companies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize insights into a clear, strategic narrative
• Strong business acumen, including a solid understanding of sales strategy and operations
