The Revenue Growth Manager plays a critical role in driving Residential subscriber growth, product adoption, and overall revenue performance by developing data-driven insights, pricing and offer recommendations, and go-to-market inputs. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in growth strategy, revenue strategy, product marketing, or analytics-driven marketing roles, and the ability to inform and evolve strategy based on market insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth strategy, revenue strategy, product marketing, or analytics-driven marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and offer strategy, preferably in a subscription-based or telecommunications environment
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear direction for execution teams
