We seek an experienced Account Manager to join our team, requiring a minimum 5 years of sales experience with enterprise customers in an IT environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate accounts and the ability to present at an executive level.
Requirements
- Confer with customers to assess customer needs and determine system requirements and possible solutions
- Perform sales analysis of customer environments, including warehouse walkthroughs and route rides
- Create a Return on Investment document to showcase the benefits of proposed solutions
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for customer requirements
- Plan and modify product and solution configurations to meet customer needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and prospective customers
- Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery, and advise on ETAs
- Sell a range of solutions, including software, hardware, and professional services
- Prospect and solicit new enterprise customers
- Create costing sheets to determine the optimum sales price
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets, and gross profit targets
