Customer Operations – Product Manager

The Customer Operations – Product Manager will support the business administration activities of the Maintenance Efficiency product line and coordinate key cross-functional processes that support Customer renewals, non-standard commercial requests, and contract execution activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of experience supporting business operations, contract administration, customer lifecycle management, or sales support.
  • Experience supporting software-as-a-service (SaaS) or customer subscription-based offerings
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and business workflow systems.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
