Requirements
- Manage a diverse team of individual contributors
- Partner with IT teams to warehouse, synthesize, analyze, and deliver data
- Establish and run the operating rhythm and senior leadership meetings
- Perform data analysis to support Sales & Marketing leadership decision making
- Ensure leadership has briefing materials for corporate and customer meetings
- Manage crises, customer communications, and urgent business needs
- Develop BCA Airplane Sales LRBP, manage BCA forecast, and track BCA’s airplane sales opportunity pipeline
- Track and report the competitor airplane sales pipeline
- Oversight of organizational compliance
- Establish and lead a cohesive operating rhythm from leadership through regional operations into the sales regions
