Role Overview
Lead the Commercial Sales and Marketing Business Operations team, driving business execution and capability enhancement through efficient and agile operations. Partner with stakeholders to manage and support special projects targeted at enhancing operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Support the Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing, integrate with Sales and Finance to track ongoing commitments, guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, processes, and metrics.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
- Experience collaborating with finance, strategy, sales, marketing and/or operations
- Experience interfacing with and briefing executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape process and/or strategy
- 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
- 3+ years of experience leading projects using Project Management Best Practices and tools
- 3+ years of experience building a team and developing employees
