Financial Reporting & FP&A Specialist

Bonduelle is an international family-owned company with 10,000 employees, providing vegetables to more than 100 countries. They are looking for a Financial Reporting & FP&A Specialist to join their Finance department, which consists of Controlling and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field, and several years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, controlling, accounting or RGM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, controlling, accounting or RGM
• Excellent numerical skills
• Strong analytical abilities, combined with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrates a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, able to interact easily with all levels within the organization
• Shows a proactive attitude and ambition to further develop professionally
• Acts with integrity and handles data accurately and critically
• Advanced Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and an affinity for IT
• Good command of English in combination with fluent Dutch and/or French and/or German
