We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Boomi. The successful candidate will maximize retention and identify growth opportunities with their account portfolio, manage post-sales account success, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer adoption and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as either Customer Success, Architect, Engineer or Consulting role with Account management focus
- Experience with Commercial IT organizations
- Ability to address topics such as business value and total cost of ownership, etc.
- Experience in collaborating with Systems Integrators
