Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will support Joint Force Development by providing expertise in financial, programmatic, and business analysis environments to support senior management business decisions. You will work independently with some guidance and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
What You Will Do
You will apply specific functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, data entry, analysis of data, and program management and finance. You’ll participate in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of policy and processes related to DoD Training initiatives.

Requirements
- Experience supporting military headquarters in program financial management
- Experience with financial execution of a spending plan within a DoD organization
- Experience with monthly financial reporting
- Experience with financial programming for operations, maintenance, research, development, testing, and evaluation funding
- Experience with business and accounting processes and policy
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness and productivity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, O365, and Microsoft Excel
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with financial execution, or 7+ years of experience with financial execution in lieu of a degree
