Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager & Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business with leading Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturers (JOEMs) in Thailand’s motorcycle sector.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned JOEM customers, drive annual sales targets, lead the end-to-end sales and acquisition process for new business, manage all commercial aspects of customer projects, and contribute to market intelligence.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, proven experience within the automotive, two-wheeler, or a related manufacturing industry, and solid understanding of JOEM business models, commercial processes, and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within the automotive, two-wheeler, or a related manufacturing industry
  • Solid understanding of JOEM business models, commercial processes, and customer expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong skills in commercial negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments
  • Professional fluency in English is required
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage and will be highly regarded
